Calgary’s best-selling lake community of Mahogany is a finalist for Best New Community at this year’s Calgary SAM Awards. We’ve won this award three times - and have been named Canada’s Community of the Year on a national level - and we’re thrilled to see that as we continue to develop Mahogany, it’s making an impact on residents, home buyers, and SAMs judges alike.
We also have a number of additional entries for our community, including Show Home Parade of the Year for our newly opened Paired show home parade, exclusively by Hopewell. Further, our Sandgate by Hopewell condos are up for a number of Best New Design awards for their well-planned homes.
Also notable are the finalists for our builder partners within the community – congratulations to those home builders, and congrats to everyone else that’s a finalist this year. We look forward to seeing who comes out a winner at this year’s SAMs, held on April 8th!
