What is the Mahogany Homeowners Association, and what are its annual fees?

The Mahogany Homeowners Association oversees the preservation of the community, in addition to hosting year-round events and programs. The HOA is the legal owner of certain community amenities, together with the lands upon which such amenities are located.

Is Mahogany Lake stocked with fish?

Yes, the lake is kept stocked with Rainbow Trout. Ice fishing, a fishing derby and educational fishing programs for residents started in the 2015/2016 winter season and reoccur annually. For safety, the designated fishing area is separated from other lake activity areas.

What kind of activities does the lake support?

The lake is large and deep enough to support all but motorized boating pursuits, as well as swimming, paddling, floating and wading in shallower areas. Motorized watercraft are not permitted on Mahogany Lake.

What regional amenities is Mahogany near?

There are five renowned courses within 15 minutes of the community. Movie theatres, Spruce Meadows, and highway access to mountain escapes are also just a short and direct drive away.
Numerous national retailers, big-box outlets, specialty shops and professional services are also mere minutes away.

Is there noise coming from the Emergency Power Generator building located on the northeast corner of the South Health Campus?

When computer modeling was conducted, the exterior noise produced by the generators measured less than 40 decibels at the closest residence. There should be no impact detectable by those living in Mahogany.

No, there are no schools under construction in Mahogany at this time. The Mahogany School for K-4 completed construction in Fall 2022 and is open now. Visit our Neighborhood Schools page to see the schools currently designated to Mahogany.
